• Candidates who are deemed sufficient in the preliminary interview are invited to our company for the second time for an interview with the relevant department manager.

For every employee who starts to work in isimsoftware, an orientation program is introduced on the first day of employment in order to explain the company’s culture, organizational structure, and workflow and facilitate the employee’s adaptation to the company.
Our employees are evaluated every four months in order to assess their performance on achieving common goals, identify future business goals with managers, and identify shortcomings and find solutions for them as soon as possible.
Career Plan After every performance evaluation, career planning is prepared, the goals and the expectations of the employee are discussed once again.
Training Opportunities In order to achieve the high targets that our company has set and to stay always a strong link in the chain, isimsoftware provides opportunities to have the training and certificate for the qualification that may be needed.
